2. What this website does and does not do

This website presents the books published under the Kognixr imprint. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, it has no user accounts, and it does not ask you to enter any personal data.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to Cloudflare's servers, including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website securely and is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website). 4. Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To load the fonts, your browser connects to Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. This is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website). 5. Book covers and links to shops

Some book cover images are loaded from the Kognixr shop on Payhip and from Amazon, which transmits your IP address to those providers when the images load.

Buttons on this website link to the Kognixr ebook shop (operated on the Payhip platform, Payhip Ltd., United Kingdom) and to Amazon. No data is passed to these services until you click a link. 6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your message and email address are used only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
